This page explains what happens to the email address you give us when you ask to be told that Selia has opened. It covers nothing else, because we collect nothing else.

What we collect

Your email address, the date and time you submitted it, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. The last two are kept only as an anti-abuse measure, so that an automated script cannot flood the form.

Why we collect it

To send you one email when the hotel opens. There is no newsletter, no marketing programme and no second message.

Lawful basis

Your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation. You give it by submitting the form, and you can withdraw it at any time.

How long we keep it

Until the launch announcement has been sent, or until you ask us to erase it, whichever comes first.

Who we share it with

Nobody. There are no third-party processors, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies on this site. The address is stored on our own hosting and a notification is sent to our own mailbox.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, and to withdraw your consent. Write to hello@seliahotel.com and we will act on it.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page with a new date below.
